1. UP4CONTRACT.COM collects standard membership information upon registration. The information that you provide is not shared or sold to anyone. It becomes the sole property of UP4CONTRACT.COM, its Affiliates and Partners, and is used for billing, newsletters and verification purposes.
2. We do cooperate with law enforcement inquiries, as well as, third parties to enforce laws such as trademark, patent, intellectual property rights and all other right infringements. You agree and are aware that total disclosure of your registration information is appropriate to investigate all illegal activity claims.
3. We cannot insure that all of your private communications or other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed due to the existing internet regulatory environment. However, we do take advantage of every industry standard practice to protect your privacy.
4. At present we do not see the need to use "cookies." If we should decide there is a need to use them you will see the announcement on our Homepage. Also, we do not allow third party vendors that utilize our site for trade to utilize cookies at his time.
5. We do collect your browser and ISP information. This practice is solely to assist us in ensuring a favorable experience to all our members when using our site. There are instances in which we need to monitor this information, such as, some programming languages prohibit browsers to read all information correctly and some ISP's may also have programming issues as well.
6. UP4CONTRACT.COM also collects information on our Members via the Feedback forum, emails to and from our site, letters and third party correspondences that are in reference to your activities on our site. This information goes into a file that compiles information specific to you.
7. You acknowledge and agree that you are personally responsible for your User ID on UP4CONTRACT.COM. This ID will be published in various places throughout the site when you advertise a contract, bid, or use the feedback forum. Your e-mail address is also made available by request in regards to contact information regarding a transaction on our site.

Should you choose to use an external provider (i.e. listing agent, mediation, escrow service, etc.) in conjunction with our site, we will provide your personal information to the external provider only upon request by you. The information request will be handled in a similar manner as our Contact Information. The difference is that we provide you with the information for review before disclosing it to the external provider.
9. UP4CONTRACT.COM does not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from or about minors, persons under 18 years of age. If we do discover we have received any information from a minor in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately.
